Jack has 30+ years’ experience as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) accredited by CFA Institute, was educated as an economist, and early in his career worked for several of the leading investment management firms in the Rochester area.
Before founding Two Point Capital Management®, Jack worked for a number of years as a consultant to public and private companies, gaining invaluable knowledge about the considerations companies weigh as they present themselves to investors.
Jack served two years as President of the Rochester Society of Security Analysts (now CFA Society of Rochester), and an additional eight years as a board member. He has also served as a board member of the World Affairs Council of Rochester. He is a member of CFA Institute (formerly Association for Investment Management Research or AIMR) and currently serves on the board of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.
Jack has managed funds solely under the Two Point Value+Quality™ discipline since 1999.
Paul supports Two Point's investment efforts as a portfolio manager and investment analyst.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) accredited by CFA Institute. After a career as a corporate controller for a public company, Paul spent 20+ years in analytical and portfolio management roles at premier investment management firms, both locally and nationally.
He completed a B.S. degree in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology and earned an M.B.A. at The Ohio State University. Go Buckeyes!

Richard’s pursuit of diverse education, work and life experiences has provided him with the valuable perspectives that make him a trusted advisor to his friends and colleagues.
After earning a degree in Economics and Managerial Finance from Union College, Schenectady, New York, Richard spent the formative years of his career in sales, marketing, and management, working for multinational firms in New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. He then joined his family printing business in Rochester, New York, where he was responsible for business development in the New York City marketplace. After the sale of the family business, Richard went on to earn a law degree from St. Thomas University, Miami Gardens, Fl.
He continues to embrace a wide range of interests and challenges in life. As a philanthropist, skier, golfer, bicyclist, foodie, sourdough bread baker, oenophile and music lover, it’s safe to say that he’s an all-around lover of life.

Jen leads the firm’s efforts to create an excellent experience for all clients. She is the key liaison between investors and our investing team and values each opportunity to enhance our relationships. She oversees client communication and manages account reporting, custodian relationships, and the firm’s systems and processes.
Jen earned her MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, and also holds an MS in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Mississippi State University and a BS from the State University College at Brockport.
She brings a wide range of experience to her role at Two Point Capital, including ten years as an earth science teacher at the Rochester City School District, five years as a senior account executive for a telecommunications firm, and service in the U.S. Navy.
The white sand and blue waters Jen enjoyed while growing up in Siesta Key, FL fuels her love of water. During the warmer weather months, you can find her cruising Lake Ontario on her boat and enjoying the richness she feels while socializing with fellow boaters.
Debbie leads the Two Point Capital marketing efforts, striving to maximize the brand experience through relevant and timely communications and engagement opportunities for all audiences. She believes in asking the right questions and listening between the lines to align company business goals and client needs with marketing and engagement strategies.
With nearly 30 years of experience in advertising agencies and as a marketing consultant, Debbie constantly drives to uncover the best ideas, develop creative approaches, and collaborate with strategic partners to achieve the best outcomes.
Debbie earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. She has served as an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher College, teaching Web and Social Media Analytics and Social Media Management, with the goal to constantly learn from and teach the next generation of marketing leaders.
