Two Point Capital Management is an independent, registered investment advisory firm located in Rochester, New York. The firm serves individual and institutional clients. Performance is audited by an independent certified public accounting firm. It has operated publicly since 2004.

The Two Point Investment Approach is based on the synergy among two investment strategies that have stood the test of time: value + quality. Clients can choose from among three investment strategies, tailored to risk tolerance.

 Jack McGowan, President

Jack McGowan has more than 20 years experience as a portfolio manager and equity analyst. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) accredited by CFA Institute, was educated as an economist, and over the course of his career has worked for several investment management firms in the Rochester area.

He also worked for a number of years as a consultant to public and private companies, gaining invaluable knowledge about the considerations companies weigh as they present themselves to investors.

Jack served two years as President of the Rochester Society of Security Analysts (now CFA Society of Rochester), and an additional eight years as a board member. He is a member of CFA Institute (formerly Association for Investment Management Research or AIMR).

Jack has managed funds solely under the Two Point Approach since 1999. Contact Jack.

 Anthony Testa, Executive Vice President

Anthony Testa brings 15 years of corporate strategy experience to the firm. He holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in economics and psychology from University of Rochester.

Prior to becoming a partner at Two Point Capital Management, Anthony worked as a consultant to some of the world’s leading companies, including Deloitte & Touche, Epsilon, General Motors, Ralston Purina, MGM Mirage, Reebok International, and the American Bar Association.

Anthony currently serves on the Board of Directors for FoodWorx Enterprises and as an advisor to Youth Lifeline Foundation on the topic of financial literacy. Anthony also works with RIT’s Center for Consumer Financial Services promoting formal quantitative research and education for practitioners and financial literacy for consumers.

When he is not discussing with potential clients the unique aspects of the Two Point Approach, Anthony spends his time running, involved in a friendly game of backgammon, or listening to music. Contact Anthony.
